초록
This is a study on the first and third syllables in five-syllable regulated verse along with the examples of poems written by Wang Wei 王維 (699-761). In this paper, I try to examine “The free alternation for 1, 3, 5” (一三五不論) on the basis of the poetic theories performed in the following two books; Wang Li’s 王力 (1900-1986) Hanyu shilü xue 漢語詩律學 and Kūkai’s 空海 (774-835) Bunkyō hifuron 文鏡祕府論. In order to get this result, the various poetic theories and arguments of Wang Li and Kūkai are examined.
