韓,日 短形詩 律格의 比較 硏究 -時調와 和歌의 律格的 特質 比較-

Abstract

This paper focuses on differences and similarities of metrical feature between the Korean poem SIJO and Japanese poem WAKA. First, we can say that the line of SIJO has diversity in the number of syllables, versus WAKA has fixation. Second, the line of SIJO is composed 4 segments (yulo), while WAKA has 2 segments (hakusetz). Third, SIJO has very special line of one segment (1yulo), which cannot be shown in WAKA In addition, in case of WAKA, couplet(2 line stanza) has special role in making up for format of poem. Thus, the rhythm of SIJO comes to climax in 1yulo line and the one of WAKA is culminated in 7·5cho.
