팬데믹 이후 프랑스 임금노동자들의 노동의 의미 변화: ‘완전 고용’과 ‘노동시간 단축’의 논쟁적 담론으로

코로나19 감염병 시대 재택근무의 경험은 노동시간, 노동 공간, 노동 문화의 변화를 유인하여 기업 조직과 노동관계 개편을 요구하고 프랑스 임금노동자들에게 노동의 의미 상실, 개인적 삶의 가치 상승을 가져왔다. 특히 노동 가치의 상실은 팬데믹 이후 재택근무의 안착화에 따라 미래 노동 세계로의 유의미한 성찰의 과제가 되었다. 이 논문의 목적은 팬데믹을 거치면서 프랑스 노동자들이 갖고 있는 노동의 의미가 변했다는 점에 주목하고, 그 변화의 요인을 사회구조적 노동조건에서 찾아내어 고찰하는 것이다. 노동 구조의 근본적인 해결은 프랑스 사회가 아직 선택하지 않은 완전 고용과 노동시간 단축(주 4일제 노동시간) 실현으로 수렴된다. 노동시간 축소와 완전 고용 제도는 코로나19 이후 프랑스 사회가 맞닥뜨린 노동의 가치 하락 현실을 개선하는 혁명적이고 미래지향적인 노동 담론으로 제안되고 있다.
Abstract
The experience of telecommuting in the time of the Covid-19 attracted the changes of work hours, work space and work culture, and then required the improvement in the work organizations and work relations. It brought the decrease of work sens of French wage worker and the increase of their personnel value. Specially, as being established the telecommuting system of after the pandemic, the decrease of work value of French wage worker is objet to significant reflect whether it is the risk of the work problem or a new leap to the work world. This article focus on the changes in the meaning of labor for French wage workers, according to the statistics produced by the French goverment and public institutions. This cause is found in the work condition in social structure resulting from a decline in the quality of employment. The fundamental solution of these work structures converge on a full employment and a reduction of work hours, a controversial discourse that French society has not yet chosen.
