독․소전쟁 시 연합국 승리의 중요한 축을 담당했던 소련은 유럽 동부지역에서 제2전선을 형성하여 히틀러와 나치독일의 침략전쟁에 맞서 싸웠고 결과적으로 전쟁의 큰 흐름을 바꾸어 놓았다. 4년간의 전쟁에서 소련은 천문학적인 인명피해와 물적 손실을 입었지만, 강력한 항전태세를 바탕으로 독일군에게 막대한 전투력 소모를 강요하였고 전쟁을 승리로 이끌었다. 본 연구는 제2차 세계대전의 종전 77주년을 맞이하여 당시 전쟁의 흐름을 바꾸고 연합군의 승리에 크게 기여한 독․소전쟁에서 소련군의 승전요인을 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 약 4년 동안 치러진 독일과의 전쟁에서 소련군의 항전을 가능하게 했던 2가지 핵심요인, 즉 무기체계 획득과 전시생산체제를 중심으로 분석하였다. 제2차 세계대전이 오늘날 국제질서를 형성한 구조사라면, 독소전쟁은 세계대전의 흐름을 바꾼 주요 국면사라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 독소전쟁시 소련의 승전요인을 고찰하는 것은 추체험(Re-enactment)적 관점에서 역사적 함의를 갖는다. 특히 소련군의 주요 항전태세로서 무기체계 획득과 전시생산체제를 고찰하는 것은 북한의 현존 군사위협과 미래전 양상에 대응해나가야 하는 한국군에 시사하는 바가 크다고 판단된다.
Abstract
The Soviet Union, which played an important role in the victory of the Allied Powers during the German-Soviet War, formed a second front in eastern Europe, fighting against Hitler and Nazi Germany's invasion wars, and eventually changing the course of the war. In the four-year war, the Soviet Union suffered astronomical casualties and material losses, but based on its strong resistance, it forced the Germans to use up a huge amount of fighting power and led to victory. This study examined the factors of Soviet victory in the German-Soviet War, which changed the flow of the war at that time and greatly contributed to the victory of the Allies on the 77th anniversary of the end of World War II. To this end, the analysis focused on two key factors that enabled the Soviet army to resist the war against Germany, which lasted about four years, namely the aquisition of the weapons system and the wartime production system. If World War II is the structural history that shaped today's international order, the German-Soviet War can be said to be a major phase history that changed the flow of World War II. Therefore, examining the Soviet Union's victory factors during the German-Soviet War has historical implications from a Re-enaction perspective. In particular, considering the acquisition of weapons systems and the wartime production system as a major anti-war posture of the Soviet military has great implications for the South Korean military, which has to respond to North Korea's existing military threats and future war patterns.
