예비유아교사의 미술치료교과 수강이 갖는 의미에 대한 개념도 연구

본 연구는 개념도 연구방법(concept mapping method)을 사용하여 예비유아교사를 대상으로 미술치료교과 수강이 갖는 의미를 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 E 대학교 유아교육학과 3, 4학년에 재학 중인 예비유아교사 15명으로부터 반구조화 된 인터뷰와 브레인스토밍을 실시하여, 이를 통해 미술치료 수강이 갖는 의미로 총 64개의 진술문을 추출하였다. 또한 다차원척도법과 위계적 군집분석을 통해 그 의미에 대한 차원과 군집을 확인하였고, 예비유아교사로서 미술치료교과 수강의 중요도를 살펴보았다. 연구결과 ‘유아에 대한 이해 증진’, ‘자신에 대한 이해 증진’, ‘유아에 대한 전문적 개입 가능’, ‘자신의 전공 및 진로 설정’, ‘교육 및 부모상담에 대한 전문적 개입 가능’의 5군집으로 범주화되며, 인식과 통찰(아동-자신) 차원, 방향성 제시(전문적 개입-진로) 차원으로 구분되었음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 인성이 중요시 되는 시점에서 예비유아교사를 양성하는 유아교육학과의 교육과정 개발의 기초자료 활용으로써의 의의를 가지며, 연구의 결과에 기초하여 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the importance and contents of early childhood pre-service teacher about art therapy class using concept mapping method. To implement this study, 15 subjects from E University students as a pre-service teacher have written a total of 64 final statements in the semi-structured questionnaire and by their brainstorming. Those data have gone through the classification and evaluation so that the group similarity matrix has been created together with a concept mapping by the multidimensional scale analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis. The results have shown that 5 different clusters(‘Enhancing Understanding of Children, Promoting Understanding of Self', 'Possible Intervention to Children', 'Setting Up Major and Career', and 'Professional Intervention in Education and Parent Counseling') and 2 dimensions(Awareness & Insight (Child-self) dimension, Guidance(professional intervention-career) dimension) have been shown through concept mapping. Based on the results of this study, implication and limitations for future studies were suggested.
