정서적 방임 아동의 학교적응에 관한 미술치료 사례연구

본 연구는 정서적 방임을 경험한 초등학교 2학년 남아에게 미술치료를 시행하여 미술치료가 아동의 학교적응에 미치는 영향에 대한 사례연구이다. 미술치료는 20회기, 주 1회 50분간 Y초등학교에서 진행되었다. 아동의 심리 정서 상태를 측정하기 위한 사전검사로 CBCL, TRF, KFD를 실시하였고, 사전·사후 아동의 학교적응 정도의 변화를 측정하기 위해 TRF와 KFD를 실시하고 비교, 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대상아동의 주의 산만함과 공격성으로 인한 문제행동과 DSM 진단 척도상의 ADHD 점수, TRF 문제행동증후군의 공격행동이 큰 폭으로 감소하였으며, 이로 미루어 미술치료는 정서적 방임을 경험한 아동의 학교적응에 긍정적인 효과를 준 것으로 생각된다. 둘째, 대상아동의 사회적 미성숙 척도 점수가 낮아진 것으로 보아 미술치료는 아동의 또래관계에 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 미술치료가 정서적 방임을 경험한 아동의 학교적응에 긍정적인 영향을 주며 정서적 방임아동을 대상으로 한 미술치료 연구의 기초자료를 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study is a case study to investigate the effect of art therapy on child's adaptation to school by administering art therapy to 2nd-grade elementary school boy who were emotionally neglected. Art therapy was held at Y Elementary School for 50 minutes once a week, 20 sessions from July 2016 to December 2016. K-CBCL6-18, TRF, and KFD were performed as pre-tests to determine the psycho-emotional state of child, and TRF and KFD were conducted, compared, and analyzed to measure the degree of school adaptation of child before and after. The results of the study are as follows. First, as the problem behavior due to the distraction and aggression of the target child, ADHD score on the DSM diagnostic scale, and the attack behavior of the TRF problem behavior syndrome have significantly decreased, art therapy is positive for the school adaptation status of child who has suffered emotional neglect gave a phosphorus effect. Second, as the scores on the social immaturity scale were lower than that of the preliminary examination, art therapy had a positive effect on the peer relationships of child who was neglected emotionally. Therefore, it is meaningful that art therapy has a positive effect on the school adaptation of children who have experienced emotional neglect, and that it presents basic data for art therapy research on children who have experienced emotional neglect.
