공공언어의 정확성과 소통성 분석: 칠곡군의 누리집과 안내문을 대상으로

본고는 정확성과 소통성의 관점에서 공공언어의 현황을 파악하고 문제점을 분석하였다. 그리고 정확성과 소통성을 갖춘 표현을 제시하고, 앞으로 공공언어가 나아갈 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 공공언어를 면밀히 살피기 위하여 연구 대상을 칠곡군청 누리집과 칠곡군의 문화재 안내문 및 기념관의 안내문으로 한정하였다. 본고에서 정확성의 기준으로는 표기의 정확성과 표현의 정확성으로 나누어 어긋난 예를 살피고 정확한 표현을 제시하였다. 소통성은 공공성, 정보성, 용이성, 참여성의 측면에서 살피고 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 특히 기존 연구에서 제안된 소통성의 기준이 실질적인 소통성을 판단하는 데 한계가 있다고 보고, 참여성을 제안하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the current status of public language of Chilgok-gun by analyzing the texts of Chilgok County Office website and sign of cultural assets and memorial hall from the viewpoint of communication feature and accuracy. As for criteria of accuracy, this study identified the case of too long sentence and failing to comply with language standard, no correspond to each other of sentence components, repetition of same form or word and sentence with unclear meaning, and presented the correction method. With regard to communication feature, this study examined public language in terms of public concern, information and easiness. In addition, this study analyzed texts written by the general public and moved to other board as it failed to match the purpose of board among the writing registered at the board of Chilgok County Office website. This study identified the causes of such phenomena and investigated the communication features.
