문화관광해설사 대상 교육이 직무와 활동 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 경북문화관광해설사 사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 문화관광해설 교육과정이 문화관광해설사의 직무만족도 및 활동만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2018년 경상북도 문화관광해설사 보수교육에 참가한 304명의 문화관광해설사들을 실증분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과, 문화관광해설 교육과정(체계성 및 전문성)이 문화관광해설사의 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 교육내용 중 전문성이 더욱 큰 영향을 주고 있다. 문화관광해설사의 직무만족도와 활동만족도 사이에 긍정적인 관련성이 확인되었다. 결과적으로, 문화관광해설 교육내용이 문화관광해설사의 직무만족도와 활동만족도에 미치는 직접적․간접적인 관계가 검증되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 연구에서는 타 지역에 종사하는 문화관광해설사들을 대상으로 한 종단적 연구가 수행되어야 하며, 문화관광해설 교육과정의 질적인 측면을 고려한 연구가 시도되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships between interpretive training program, cultural tourism interpreters' job esteem, and activity satisfaction. Participants in this study were three hundreds four interpreters from 2018 Gyeongbuk cultural tourism interpretive training program. The results showed that cultural tourism interpretive training program contents were important factors to influence cultural tourism interpreters' job esteem. Findings from this study also found that cultural tourism interpreters' job esteem had a significant impact on the interpreters' activity satisfaction. Future research may need to explore the relationships among the interpretive training program contents, the interpreters' job esteem, and activity satisfaction in different settings and samples using longitudinal approaches.
