대학축구 리그의 승강제 제도가 대학축구 선수들에게 미치는 영향 탐색

본 연구는 대학축구 리그에서의 승강제 제도가 대학축구 선수들에게 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하여 승강제 제도의실효성을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 대학축구 선수 16명을 연구참여자로 선정하여 심층면담을 진행하였으며 귀납적 범주분석 방법을 통해 결과를 도출하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학축구 리그에서의 승강제제도로 인해 학생 선수들의 진로 불안이 확대되는 것으로 나타났다. 승강제 제도는 U리그2에 대한 관심 저하로 이어지고 있으며 U리그2에 속한 선수들은 프로 진출에 대한 기회가 줄어들고 있다. 둘째, 승강제 제도는 대학축구 선수들의 중도 포기를 촉진하는 것으로 나타났다. 승강제 제도로 인한 비주전 선수들의 경기 출전 기회 감소는 주전 선수들과의 실력차가 발생하며 비주전 선수들의 중도 포기를 촉진하고 있다. 셋째, 승강제 제도는 선수들의 운동 참여 동기를 저하시키고 선수들의 부상 위험을 증가시키고 있다. 승격과 강등이라는 시스템 안에서 선수들의 자신감이 상실되고 있으며 선수들의 혹사는 잦은 부상으로 이어지고 있는 것으로 확인되었다.
Abstract
This study aims to explore the difficulties by university soccer players how the promotion & relegation system affect. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, 16 university soccer players were selected as research participants, and data were collected through in-depth interviews and literature review. The following results came from the study. First, it was found that the career anxiety of players was increasing due to the system in the university soccer league. The distinction between the U1 and U2 leagues is leading to a decline in interest in the U2 leagues, and students in the U2 leagues have fewer opportunities to advance to the professional leagues. Second, the system promotes players premature dropout. The decrease in opportunities for non-main players to play in the game is causing a difference in skills with the main players and promoting the dropout of non-main players. Last, the system lowers the motivation for exercises participation and causes frequent injuries. Within the system, players’ anxiety is increasing, and players in the U2 league are losing their confidence.
