The Agricultural Cooperatives Act stipulates about the Officials in responsible posts and the Standing Executive Directors. This paper reviews the legislative changes of them during around sixty years and aims at giving some insights and ideas to improve related institutions. In conclusion, this paper suggests to take sole system(the Officials in responsible posts) rather than dual system(the Officials in responsible posts and the Executive Directors) and to take Managerial Committee System in the Japanese Law in order to enhance the professionalism of management.
Abstract
The Agricultural Cooperatives Act stipulates about the Officials in responsible posts and the Standing Executive Directors.
