시스템다이내믹스를 활용한 철도종사자 인적오류 저감 개선에 관한 연구

본 연구는 철도종사자 중 기관사가 이례상황 발생 시 조치하는 과정에서의 인적오류 발생을 줄이기 위한 효율적인 방안을 제시하고자 한 논문이다. 분석방법으로는 시스템다이내믹스를 활용하여 열차정시운행과 인적오류의 관계 및 열차운행 중에 발생되는 인시던트 이벤트와 열차지연에 대한 관계를 인과순환지도를 통하여 제시하였다. 또한, 인시던트 이벤트 발생건수와 운행장애, 안전마인드 함양과 인적오류에 미치는 영향에 대하여 정량적으로 가설 SD모델링을 제시하고자 하였다.
Abstract
This study was designed to present efficient measures to reduce human error in the process of railroad operators(drivers) taking action in the event of unusual situations. As an analysis method, the relationship between train punctuality and human error, incident events that occur during the train operation, and train delay are presented through a causal feedback loop. In addition, it was designed to provide quantitative hypothesis SD modeling in relation to the number of incidents, operational disturbances, containing safety-mind and human error probability.
