论孔孟德治观的负面效应
On the Negative Effection of Kongzi and Mengzi’s Theory of Rule‐by‐Virtue

由于坚持儒家的血亲情理精神, 受到高度推崇、具有深远影响的孔孟德治观明确主张把血缘亲情绝对凌驾于包括正义守法、任人唯贤、实施仁政在内的社会政治生活的一切准则之上, 允许甚至赞美像徇情枉法、任人唯亲这样的不正当行为, 因而在滋生某些与亲情相关的腐败现象方面具有严重的负面效应, 最终导致其倡导的内圣外王理想陷入了深度悖论｡
Abstract
According to the Confucian spirit of consanguinism, the theory of rule‐by‐virtue advocated by Kongzi and Mengzi absolutely places kinship love above all other principles of social‐political life, including the ones of justice, humane governance, and appointing people on their merits. Thus, it allows and even commends some typically corrupt actions connected with kinship love, such as bending the law for the benefit of relatives and appointing people by nepotism, with the result that its ideal of “sage‐king” eventually falls into a profound paradox.
