“以德治国”何以可能？ 当代视域下先秦儒家“道德的政治”思想的本质内涵与实践路径研究

中国古代政治哲学的德治传统与中国古代宗法伦理社会的特征，决定了先秦儒 家“道德的政治”思想对君王道德与庶民道德的共同关注，人性善恶理论则合乎逻辑地从儒家 哲学内部奠定了其圣贤政治的前提。儒家道德政治的根本目标是人人依其善良本性实现道德 至善，并使社会成为富有亲和力、凝聚力与创造力的整体。儒家实现德治的路径主要是执政 者以个人的道德及其所创造的道德气氛引导民众实现道德，以道德贯通于政治活动之中。先 秦儒家着重指出执政者应如民之父母一般以仁心关爱百姓、心系百姓，并通过对尧舜之道的 反复论说追求道德政治普遍性原则的确立。先秦儒家“道德的政治”思想在社会主义伦理道德 建设与政治文明建设中具有积极的意义，而其忽视法律制度建设等思想又使其具有不可避免 的局限性。
Abstract
As an important character of ancient Chinese political philosophy, ruling by virtue and concerning the virtue of the king and the people, comes from the characteristics of patriarchal-ethics society in ancient China, and the theory of the human nature. The fundamental goal of the Confucian moral politics is achieving moral perfection according to its kind nature, and making the society become a cohesive and creative whole. Confucius and Mencius devote much attention to the personal virtue of rulers to realize the good idea. The Pre-Qin Confucian emphatically points out that the rulers should care for the people like the parents of the people. It is a way to pursue the establishment of political universal moral principles to justify the existence of YAO(尧) and SHUN (舜). On one side, The moral politics thought in Pre-Qin Confucian has positive significance in the construction of socialist ethics and in the construction of political civilization. On the other side, the ignoration of law in this thought makes it has some inevitable limitations.
