To prevent the expansion of the significant train accident due to the misjudgement of the commandedtype railway traffic controller, it is necessary to analyze the conventional train traffic control process of that and to complement the domestic train operation rule. In this study, based on the report of Korea Aviation and Railway Accident Investigation Board, the train accidents observed the domestic commanded-type railway traffic controller is examined. Furthermore, appropriateness of the domestic related rules is reviewed. The safety requirements of the commanded-type railway traffic control system are proposed.
Abstract
