Abstract

The purpose of the thesis is to study on Philosophical thoughts and Reality awareness of Jeong Po-eun and Jeong Sam-bong from the end of Koryo dynasty to early Chosun dynasty. From Jeong Po-eun's moral standpoint, it was a priceless principle. There were no two suns in heaven, and two king could not exist. Jeong Po-eun faithfully performed the duties he could perform in his position. On the other hand, the realistic situation in the Jeong Sam-bong camp was difficult to revive the existence of the Koryo dynasty. Indeed, it was impossible to resolve social structural contradictions unless it was fundamentally remedy. Jeong Sam-bong wanted to change the legitimacy of the Koryo dynasty and create a regime change. Depending on the situation, you may try to resolve problems in the ethical position, or you can solve the problem in a realistic manner. What we need to solve today is to combine ideology and reality, morality and realism. Realistically speaking, it would be no easy task to respond appropriately to various issues. We are asked to seek a more sensible approach.
