세계태권도연맹 겨루기 경기규칙의 문제점 및 개선방안

목적 이 연구는 태권도 경기문화의 개선을 위해 올림픽 태권도 경기규칙의 문제점을 확인하고 개선방안을 탐색하는데 연구의 목적 및 필요성이 있다. 연구방법 문헌분석과 심층면담 그리고 WT 경기규정집을 통해 규칙의 문제점을 도출하였으며, 도출된 문제점의 해결방안을 탐색하기 위하여 개방형 설문을 통한 조사와 2회에 걸친 초점집단 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 결과 세계태권도연맹 겨루기 경기규칙 개선을 위한 문제점으로는 전자호구와 경기규정으로 나타났다. 전자호구에는 머리보호대의 후두부 센서, 안면의 득점여부, 파워게이지, 기형적인 기술의 원인인 손과 발 부위의 센서 등으로 도출되었다. 경기규정에서는 밀어차기(cut발), 넘어지는 행위, 소극적인 행위 등으로 나타났고 이에 대한 대응방안으로 전자호구 장비 정비, 득점허용기술의 제정, 발바닥 감응감지기능의 보완, 금지행위 재설정, 소극적 행위에 대한 재정비, 상대를 잡거나 미는 행위에 대한 논의 등이 분석되었다. 결론 본 연구는 올림픽 태권도 겨루기 경기에서 경기력과 기술력 저하의 근본 원인이 무엇인지를 파악하기 위해서 세계태권도연맹의 경기규정의 문제점을 탐구하였다. 그 결과 전자호구 및 일부규정 내에서 문제점을 파악하였고, 이를 위한 규칙개선의 필요성이 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 최적화된 전자채점 장비의 과학화가 조속히 해결해야 할 중요한 사안이라고 본다.
Abstract
Purpose This study was conducted with the purpose and necessity of the study to identify the problems of the Olympic Taekwondo rules and to explore countermeasures for improvement in order to improve the Taekwondo competition culture. Method The problems of the rules were derived through literature analysis, in-depth interviews, and WT competition rules, and an open survey and two focus group interviews were conducted to explore solutions to the problems. Results The problems for improving the rules of the World Taekwondo competition were electronic body protector and competition rules. In the electronic body protector, it was derived as a sensor of the back of the head protector, whether the face was scored, a power gauge, and a sensor of the hand and foot, which are the causes of abnormal technology. In the competition rules, cut feet, falling, and passive acts were analyzed, and as countermeasures, electronic appeal equipment was maintained, scoring system was established, foot-sensitive detection function was supplemented, prohibited behavior was reset, passive behavior was reorganized, and discussions on catching or pushing opponents were analyzed. Conclusion This study explored the problems of the World Taekwondo's competition rules in order to understand the root cause of the decline in performance and technology in the Olympic Taekwondo competition. As a result, it was found that there was a need to improve rules within some rules and the scientificization of electronic scoring equipment optimized electronic scoring system is an important issue to be solved as soon as possible.
