China will actively promote a long-term and efficient vision to contribute to the establishment of a community of human destiny.

Abstract

Although the distance between people is increasing due to 'social distancing', inner art continues to burst into bloom. In the post-Corona era, the new coronavirus is presenting new tasks and challenges for the development of public art education anywhere in the world, and has a great influence on the development of public art education in China. In the post-COVID-19 era, the importance of Chinese people's cultural and artistic life became more prominent as China restored its social order, such as productivity and return to daily life. As the Internet acts as a strong spreader during the outbreak of COVID-19, more and more people participate in public conversation education as public conversation education resources are concentrated on this special platform. Art education within the boundaries of public art education is not only a psychotherapist in the COVID-19 era, but also an enlightenment of people's psychology, art education, and philosophy. We have created a new chapter of linkage using numerous data and artificial intelligence AI, and have also promoted types of public painting education with Chinese characteristics. This is not only a must-go process for the development of Chinese public art education's Internet platform and soft power improvement, but also for the development of the Chinese post-Corona era, which promotes Chinese culture and disseminates Chinese contemporary art and popular art. It is also an important choice for the sound development of public art education. The spread of public art education in China using Internet technology will bring a new phase in public art education, a beautiful vision commonly expected by people around the world, a cultural implementation that improves national cultural soft power and builds core values unique to China. China will actively promote a long-term and efficient vision to contribute to the establishment of a community of human destiny.
