중국 장애인 취업보장정책의 현황과문제점

본 연구의 목적은 취업보장을 위한 노력들이 활발하게 전개되고 있는 중국 국내환경의 변화 가운데 중국 장애인 취업보장정책 동향을 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 제2차 전국 장애인 샘플조사 주요 통계와 2012년 중국 전국 장애인 현황 및 샤오캉진전 감측 보고서를 바탕으로 중국 장애인의 현황을 제시하고, 장애인 취업정책 발전과정 및 현황을 살펴보며, 중국 장애인복지정책의 문제점을 제시했다.
Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine employment protection policy for people with disabilities in China under the circumstances of China's active domestic environmental changes. For this purpose, this paper on the basis of the second national handicapped person sampling survey statistics and the status quo of the 2012 China national disabled and well-off progress monitoring report shows current situation of people with disabilities in China, examines development process of employment protecton policy and its current situations, offers problems with current employment protection for people with disabilities in China.
