한국과 중국 대학생의 위기 커뮤니케이션 인식 비교

Comparative Analysis on Students’ Perception of Crisis Management Communication between Korea and China

초록

본 연구는 한국과 중국에서의 재난위기 관리 과정에서 나타나는 커뮤니케이션 유형의 공통점과 차이점을 비교하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재난위기에 대응하는 커뮤니케이션 전략에서는 한국과 중국 대학생이 공격 전략, 부인 전략, 변명 전략, 합리화 전략, 환심사기 전략, 침묵 전략에 대해 부정적으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났고, 시정조치 전략, 사과 전략에 대해 긍정적으로 인식하는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히, 시정조치 전략에서 중국 대학생의 적절성이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 재난위기에 연루된 행위자의이미지 회복 행동에서는 한국과 중국 대학생이 부인 행위, 책임회피 행위에 대해 부정적으로인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 함께 피해감소 행위, 수정 행위, 사과 행위에 대해서는 긍정적으로 인식하는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 재난위기 정보 수용의 효과성에서는 한국 대학생과 중국 대학생 모두 보통인 것으로 나타났다.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to compare the similarities and differences of crisis management communication styles between Korea and China. In order to achieve the purpose of this paper, we conducted a survey of students in Korea and China(a total of 286people, 142 Korean and 144 Chinese) to gain information as to the students' level of understanding about crisis management communication perception between Korea and China. Major results are as follows; first, all students in Korea and China recognized attack the accuser, denial, excuse, justification, ingratiation, silence strategy negatively. But they appreciated the correction, apology strategy positively. second, in the image restoration behavior related to the disaster crisis, they recognized denial and evasion of responsibility strategy negatively. But they appreciated damage reduction, correction,and apology strategy positively. Finally, in the area of disaster crisis information acceptance, all the students in Korea and China has the average level perception.
