『東醫壽世保元』에서 氣와 사상인의 마음작용 고찰

본 논문은 『동의수세보원』의 氣와 사상인의 마음작용에 대하여 고찰하였다. 사상철학에서 기는 心氣와 生氣로 구분되어 사람의 마음과 몸을 연결하는 핵심적 역할을 담당하고 있다. 동무는 『동의수세보원』 제1권 성명론 에서 사상 인의 마음에 대하여 논하고, 사단론 에서는 사상인의 哀怒喜樂 성기 정기와 肺氣 脾氣 肝氣 腎氣를 논하여 사상인과 기에 대하여 구체적으로 밝히고 있 다. 사단론 에서 밝힌 사상인의 氣에 대한 논의는 사상인의 마음작용과 직접 관계된 것으로 확충론 에서 논한 사상인의 잘함과 잘하지 못함을 통해 고찰할 수 있다. 먼저 哀怒喜樂 성 정기와 사상인의 마음작용에서 태양인은 고요함을 헤아 려 나아가고, 암컷되기를 싫어하지 않아야 하며, 소양인은 거처함을 먼저 헤아리 고 들어야 하고, 안을 지키고 밖으로 이겨야 하며, 태음인은 나아감을 헤아려서 고요함을 추구하고, 밖으로 이기는 것과 안으로 지키는 것을 조화시켜야 하며, 소음인은 듦을 헤아려서 거처하고, 수컷되기를 싫어하지 않아야 함을 알 수 있 다. 다음으로 폐기 비기 간기 신기와 사상인 마음작용에서 태양인은 멀리 펼 치지만 느슨한 마음이 필요하고, 엄숙하지만 너그러움을 잊어서는 안 되며, 소양 인은 크게 감싸 안지만 자신의 것을 쌓아가는 노력이 필요하고, 정직하지만 온화 한 마음을 놓치지 말아야 한다. 또 태음인은 느슨하지만 널리 확산하여 베풀어야 하고, 온화하게 포용하지만 정직한 마음을 놓치지 말아야 하며, 소음인은 자기의 것을 쌓아가지만 상대방을 크게 감싸는 것이 필요하고, 너그럽게 대하지만 엄숙 함을 잊어서는 안 되는 것이다. 본 연구에서 논한 『동의수세보원』의 기와 마음작용은 마음과 몸을 하나로 이해하는 데 있어서 중요한 의미를 가지고 있다. 특히 사상의학의 근본 문제인 사상인의 마음작용과 病理를 해명하기 위해서는 사단론 의 心氣와 장부론 의 生氣와의 관계가 밝혀져야 할 것이다.
Abstract
This paper examines the mind function of Sasangin and Qi at DonguiSuseiBowon. In Sasang philosophy, Qi is divided into mind’s vitality(SimQi) and body’s energy(SaengQi) and plays a key role in connecting human’s mind and body. DongMu was specific about Qi and Sasanin by discussed about the mind of Sasangin in DonguiSuseiBowon the first volume, Seongmyeongron and discussed about the Hui-No-Ae-Rak(the joy, the anger, the sorrow and the pleasure) of Sasangin to devide into SungQi and JungQi, and also expressed lung’s Qi. spleen’s Qi. liver’s Qi, Kidney’s Qi in Sadanron . The discussion about the Qi of Sasangin in Sadanron is directly related to the mind function of Sasangin and can be considered through what doing well and shortage of Sasangin that has studied in the Whoakchungron . First of all, in the functioning of Sasangin and SungQi JungQi of Hui-No-Ae-Rak, Taeyangin should find repose of mind and not hate to become a female. Soyangin needs to know exactly what his current life is, keep his inside and go out. Taeeumin must pursue stillness as it progresses progressively and harmonize with winning out and keeping in and Soeum should count his own passive and not dislike being male. Next, in terms of the lung’s Qi. spleen’s Qi. liver’s Qi, Kidney’s Qi and mind functions of Sasangin, Taeyangin needs to spreads far and a loose mind, and should not forget the generosity but solemnity. Soyangin is encompassing a great deal, but we need to make efforts to build up their own, and they should not miss honest but gentle minds. Taeumin is a loose but should oblige widely and should be embraced gently, but honest mind must be kept and Soeumin is good at building up your own, but needs to cover for his opponent in a big way, and he should be generous, but not forgetting solemnity. In this study, a Qi and the mind functions of DonguiSuseiBowon has an important meaning in understanding mind and body as one. In particular, studies that reveal the relationship between mind’s vitality in Sadanron and vitality in Jangburon will reveal the mind’s function and pathology. Based on this research, there will be a paper that philosophically explains the basic stand of Sasang medicine that is mind’s function becomes a disease.
