패널회귀분석을 활용한 청소년의 학교생활 적응 요인 탐색

초록

본 연구의 목적은 중학교 청소년을 대상으로 독립변수의 시간경과에 따른 변화가 학교생활적응의 변화에 영향을 미치는지를 탐색적 수준에서 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국아동청소년패널 중 중학교 청소년 1~2년차 자료를 패널회귀분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 시간경과에 따른 교내외 참여활동 만족정도의 변화, 거주지역에 대한 인식의 변화, 공동체 의식의 변화, 휴대폰 과다사용의 변화가 학교생활적응의 증가에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 중학교 청소년의 학교생활적응을 위한 정책적, 실천적 제언을 제시하였다. 단, 패널조사의 기간이 2년으로 제한적이어서, 탐색적 수준의 접근임을 유의하여야 한다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of the variation of independent variables on school adjustment. For this, the study conducted panel regression analysis using the wave 1~2 of KCYPS. According to the results, factors affecting the improvement of school adjustment were satisfaction of youth activity participation, perception in living area, sense of community, overuse of mobile phone. Based on the results, the author suggested that policies and intervention strategies should consider strength of school adjustment for middle school students.
