Abstract
This paper based on the mechanism of human cognition and communication mainly discusses the basic Chinese teaching skills and methods. It aims to conceptualize and depict a teaching model for those who teaching the elementary Chinese. It claims that we first should make it clear on such three things: Whom are we teaching? What are we teaching? and How should we teach?
