TPP와 TTIP가 한국, 중국, 일본에 미치는 동태적 경제효과 연구

본 연구는 환태평양경제동반자(Trans-Pacific Partnership: TPP) 협정과 범대서양무역투자동반자(Trans-Atlantic Trade and Investment Partnership: TTIP)협정이발효되는 경우 한국뿐만 아니라 중국, 일본에 미치는 경제적 효과를 동태 연산가능일반균형(Computable General Equilibrium: CGE)모형을 활용하여 분석한다. 동태 CGE 분석 결과에 따르면 TPP가 발효될 경우 발효 후 15년이 지난 2032년에는 한국이 TPP에 참여하는 것이 그렇지 않은 경우보다 실질 GDP 증대를 보여준다. TTIP는 한국, 중국, 일본에 다소 부정적인 영향을 미친다. 일본은 한국의 TPP 참여로 시장 확대에 따른 실질 GDP 증가도 기대되는 등 한국의 TPP참여가 동북아 국가들에게도 긍정적으로 착용할 수 있다.
Abstract
This study analyzes the economic effect of Trans-Pacific Partnership(TPP)and Trans-Atlantic Trade and Investment Partnership(TTIP) to Korea, China, andJapan by way of Dynamic Computable General Equilibrium(CGE) model. According to the results from the analyses, as the TPP becomes effective, Koreawould gain in real GDP if it is a part of the agreement. TTIP would affectKorea, China, and Japan negatively. As shown Japan is expected to gain realGDP, the Korea’s participation in the TPP would be beneficial to the countriesin Northeast Asia.
