These two systems is national affairs, and then the duality became the office which the charge does this. The administration take charge of the cadastral performance and The Court charges the real estate registration systems. The dual public announcement method consist of the diversifiable trouble. The case of the disagree cadastral records which the practical land change, the head paper of register book is discordant with practical land change. Disagreement of the Cadastre documents and the register book is caused the question on public law and private law. this theory limited questions on private law. It is to summarize the regulation of landregister documents and register book, to study the possibility to unite it.
