이 연구는 직업카드 개발 단계별 의사결정과정을 구체적으로 제시하여 직업카드 개발과정의 객관적인 타당성을 확보함으로써 청소년용 직업카드 개발에 활용될 수 있는 직업선정 기준, 직업정보의 종류, 직업카드의 개수 등을 제시하는 데 목적을 둔다. 이를 달성하기 위하여 델파이 기법을 적용한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청ㅇ소년용 직업카드를 개발할 때 직ㅇ버을 선정하는 기준으로 '직업흥미유형', '청소년 직업선호도', '직업의 유망성', '인력수요 전망에서의 유망성' 등이 중요하게 고려되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년용 직업카드를 개발할 때, '하는 일', '되는 길', '관련 학과/전공', '업무수행능력', '직업흥미유형', '미래 전망' 등은 우선적으로 제공되어야 하는 직업정보로 도출되었다. 셋째, 청소년용 직업카드를 개발할 때 주요 의사결정 요소 중 하나인 직업카드(사실상 직업)의 적절한 개수 범위는 81-120개로 도출되었다. 이 결과에 기초하여 제안된 직업선정 기준의 의미, 기존 적용되었던 직업선정기준과의 차별점 등 청소년용 직업카드 개발 및 활용에 대한 실천적 논의와 더불어 후속 연구를 제안하였다.
Abstract
This study aimed to discuss the development process of the vocational cards by showing a decision-making process step by step. To accomplish this purpose, Delphi method was employed for making a decision of the criterion for job selection and needed occupational information. The results showed that, firstly, the vocational interest types, occupation preference of youths, development possibility of job are suggested as the criterion for job selection. Secondly, duty and tasks, how to get a job, major, needed job performance, the vocational interest types, future outlook should be considered as a job information. Thirdly, the appropriate number of jobs is suggested from 81 to 120. Lastly, the career education with using the vocational cards improves youths’ career development abilities.
