· 연구 주제: 본 연구에서는 서울어린이대공원의 이용자 인식변화 분석을 통해 얻은 결과를 바탕으로 전문가 인터뷰를 진행하였으며, 이를 기반으로 엔데믹 시대를 맞이하여 서울어린이대공원을 활성화 할 수 있는 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. · 연구 배경: COVID-19으로 인해 전염의 위험이 높은 실내 공간보다 넓은 외부공간의 중요성이 더욱 환기되었고, 도시에서 개방된 오픈스페이스 공간인 도시공원 및 광장의 중요성이 대두되었다. 이는 팬데믹을 지나 맞이한 엔데믹의 시대에 맞추어 공원이용자의 인식이 어떻게 변화하였는지 심층적으로 분석할 필요성을 제기한다. · 선행연구와의 차이점: 빅데이터 분석이 인과관계 규명에 있어 제한적이라는 기존 선행연구의 한계점을 극복하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 전문가 인터뷰를 추가 실시하여 서울어린이대공원의 활성화 방안에 대한 방향을 심층적으로 파악할 수 있었다. · 연구방법: 텍스트마이닝을 활용한 TF-IDF, 토픽모델링, 키워드 네트워크 분석을 진행한 후, 그 결과를 바탕으로 전문가 인터뷰를 진행하였다. · 연구결과: 엔데믹 시대의 서울어린이대공원 활성화 시, 고려해야 할 항목에는 서울어린이대공원 운영방식의 변화, COVID-19의 영향, 교육적 측면과의 연계, 주변 도시와의 연계 등이 도출되었다. · 공헌점 및 기대효과: 본 연구는 개원한지 50년이 되어 노후화된 서울어린이대공원이 엔데믹의 시대를 맞아 새롭게 활성화하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것에 의의가 있다.
Abstract
· Research topics: In this study, we interviewed experts based on the results obtained by analyzing changes in user perception of Seoul Children's Grand Park. Based on this, we attempted to suggest directions for revitalizing Seoul Children's Grand Park in the face of the pandemic. · Research background: Due to COVID-19, the importance of large outdoor spaces has been more emphasized than indoor spaces where the risk of infection is high, and the importance of city parks and squares, which are open space spaces in the city, has emerged. This raises the need for an in-depth analysis of how the perception of park users has changed in line with the endemic era that has passed the pandemic. · Differences from prior research: In order to overcome the limitations of previous research that big data analysis is limited in identifying causal relationships, this study conducted additional expert interviews to gain an in-depth understanding of the direction of revitalization plans for Seoul Children's Grand Park. · Research method: After conducting TF-IDF, topic modeling, and keyword network analysis using text mining, expert interviews were conducted based on the results. · Research results: When revitalizing Seoul Children's Grand Park in the endemic era, parts to be considered include changes in the operation method of Seoul Children's Grand Park, the impact of COVID-19, connection with educational aspects, and connection with surrounding cities. · Contribution points and expected effects: The significance of this study is to provide basic data for the revitalization of Seoul Children's Grand Park, which has become outdated after its opening 50 years ago, in the era of the pandemic.
