한글 고문헌 및 한글 고문서의 주석 방법에 대하여

최근에 한글 고문헌이나 고문서에 대한 주석서가 많이 출간되고 있다. 그러나 이들 주석서의 주석 방법, 주석 대상 설정 원칙, 주석서의 체재, 주석의 방법 등에 대한 원칙이 정해져 있지 않아서, 주석 또는 주해의 방법이 일정치 않다. 이 글에서는 주석 및 주해의 개념과 그 목적, 역사, 효용가치, 그리고 주석을 하기 위한 준비 등에 대해 기술하고, 실제로 주석을 할 때에 발생하는 문제인, 주석 대상 문헌의 선정 방법, 그 내용, 주석서의 체재 등에 대해 기술하여, 앞으로 한글 고문헌이나 고문서의 주석에 대한 심도 있는 논의를 유발할 기제를 삼고자 하였다.
Abstract
An Explanatory note upon the ancient books and ancient documents written hangeul is elementary works in Korean linguistics and literature. Recently these annotated editions came out in great numbers. It is highly desirable thing in the learned circles of Korean linguistics and literature. But there are no principles for selection of the object of the comment on the original and the form of the explanatory. In this paper, I described the conceptions of the explanatory notes and its purpose, its effective value, and its best method. The method included a method of selection of an original book, a way of descriptions, and forms of the annotated edition.
