기본소득과 젠더 정의: 젠더 정의를 위한 사회재생산모형

이 글에서는 젠더차별적 노동분업을 해체해 모든 젠더에게 자유로운 자기발전의‘기회’가 평등하게 주어지는 젠더 정의 실현의 제도적 조건을 기본소득제에 연계해탐색한다. 그런데 현재, 특히 서구에서 전개되는 기본소득에 대한 여성주의 논의에서 판 빠레이스의 영향은 지대하다. 따라서 우선 판 빠레이스의 기본소득론을 ‘젠더정의’를 중심으로 비판적으로 살펴본다. 이어서 여성주의 기본소득론을, 판 빠레이스 기본소득론의 불충분성과 한계 극복을 중심으로 비판적으로 고찰한다. 페이트맨의 이론 고찰에 이어, 특히 프레이저의 젠더 공정성론을 기본소득과 결합시킨 첼레케의 모형, 곧 프레이저·첼레케 모형을 비판적으로 고찰한다. 마지막으로 판 빠레이스와 여성주의 기본소득론의 근본한계를, 젠더 정의를 촉진하며 합리적인, ‘사회재생산’에 대한 모형을 통해 극복하고자 한다. 또한 이 모형에 프레이저·첼레케 모형을 비판적으로 통합해 젠더 정의의 실현을 위한 제도적인 조건들을 기본소득제에연계해 제시한다.
Abstract
In diesem Artikel geht es um die Erforschung der institutionellen Bedingungen der Gender Gerechtigkeit, die anschliessend an die Einführung des Grundeinkommens die gleiche Chance der freien Entwicklung für alle Gender befördern. Dafür erforscht dierser Artikel zuerst die Grundeinkommenstheorie von Van Parijs kritisch, die zur Zeit die meisten feminitischen Grundeinkommenstheorien beeinflusst. Danach erforscht dieser Artikel die feministischen Grundeinkommenstheorien, besonders die von Pateman und Frazer. Schliesslich versucht dieser Artikel die Vor- und Nachteile der obenerwähnten Theoretiker in ein gerechtes und rationelles gesellschaftliches Reproduktionsmodell zu integrieren.
