초록
이 글의 목적은 지대 개념을 다시 규정하고 그것과 정보혁명 사이의 연관성에대해 살펴보는 것이다. 자본에 내재하지 않으면서 모든 자본이 공유할 수 없는 힘때문에 발생하는 초과이윤은 차액지대로 전환된다. 이러한 차액지대는 허위의 사회적 가치를 낳는 산업에서의 차액지대와 단순하게상업이윤을 재분배하는 상업에서의 차액지대로 나눌 수 있다. 독점지대는 자본에내재하지 않는 힘에 의해서 생기는 독점이윤이 전환된 것이다. 이러한 차액지대와 독점지대 개념은 정보혁명에 의해서 나타나는 현상들을 분석하는 데 광범위하게 사용될 수 있다.
Abstract
The object of this paper is to redefine the concept of rent and to explain the relationship between rent and the information revolution. Extra profit, which appears as a result of a power that is exterior to capital and that can- not be shared among capitals, is transformed into differential rent. And we need to recognize the difference between industrial differential rent and com- mercial differential rent. The former creates false social value, but the latter does not. Monopoly rent is the transformation of monopoly profit, which ap- pears as a result of a power that is exterior to capital. We can explain a wide range of phenomena of the information revolution with such concepts as dif- ferential rent and monopoly rent.
