지대는 격차효과를 가지고 있지만 시간효과가 없다. 지대에는 차액지대와 독점지대로 나누어지는데, 차액지대는 다시 산업차액지대와 상업차액지대로 나누어진다. 독점지대나 상업차액지대는 잉여가치가 분배될 뿐이고, 산업차액지대는 허위의 사회적 가치를 만들기 때문에 경제전체의 잉여가치가 줄어들 수도 있다. 지대가 주도하는 축적체제에서는 양극화가 불가피하다. 지대를 납부하는 자본은 절대적 잉여가치 생산 방법에 의존하지 않을 수 없다. 지대주도 축적체제는 세계화를 추구하게 된다. 세계화를 통하여 지대를 수취하는 자본분파는 더 많은 지대를 수취할 수 있고, 해외로부터 값싼 생필품을 수입하여 일종의 상대적 잉여가치를 형성할 수 있으며, 해외에서 장시간 저임금 노동을 이용하여 필요한 잉여가치를 생산할 수 있게 된다. 잉여가치 실현의 측면에서 보더라도 세계화된 시장은 대중의 궁핍에서 비롯되는 잉여가치 실현의 위기를 완화시켜 준다.
Abstract
Rent has difference effect but no time effect. Rent consists of differential rent and monopoly rent, and differential rent is again composed of industry and commercial differential rent. Monopoly and commercial differential rent just redistribute surplus value and industry differential rent creates false social value, so that the overall size of surplus value may be diminished. In a rent-dominant accumulation regime, polarization is inevitable. Rent-giving capital has no other option but to rely on the production of absolute surplus value. Rent-dominant accumulation regimes seek globalization. They can receive more rent from globalization, increase relative surplus value by importing chief goods from abroad, and produce absolute surplus value off-shore. Globalization also lessens the realization problem arising from the poverty of people.
