이 글은 정보재가치논쟁을 재검토함으로써 기본소득의 가치론적 기초를 부여하고자 한다. 정보재가 가진 초과이윤의 원천에 대한 논쟁인 정보재가치논쟁에는 초과이윤을 노동의 배수화로 이해하거나, 독점이윤으로 이해하거나, 차액지대로 이해하고자 하는 견해가 있다. 이 중 차액지대로 이해하고자 하는 견해를 보다 상세히 검토함으로써 정보재의 초과이윤을 인지지대로 해석하고 인지지대를 마르크스의 지대론에 입각하여 일반지성 개념과 연결함으로써 기본소득의 가치론적 근거를 제시할 수 있다고 주장한다.
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to give value theoretic base to a basic income proposal, not violating the Marxian value theory. To overcome Cognitive Capitalism’s theoretical drawbacks of rent theory without value theory, this paper depends on reinterpretation of the Korean debate on the value and price of information goods. Cognitive rent of CCT should be interpreted based on the concept of differential rent (DR) in Marx. Through this understanding,cognitive rent theory can be a value theoretic base of basic income.
