산업순환 및 공황론으로서 이윤율저하설의 오류에 대하여

이윤율저하설은 이념적 평균에서 자본주의의 장기적 발전과 위기를 규제하는 일반적 이윤율의 경향적 저하 법칙을 현실경쟁론의 매개 없이 주기적 공황론에 적용하는 기본적 오류를 범하고 있다. 주기적 공황 시의 이윤율 하락은 수요와 공급의균형을 전제한 일반적 이윤율의 저하가 아니라 생산과 소비의 대립적 발전에 따른수급관계의 파괴(과잉생산)에서 비롯된 시장가격 이윤율의 저하이며, 이에 대한 분석은 현실경쟁과 산업순환론의 차원에서 비로소 수행될 수 있다. 이윤율저하설은공황론 연구에서 이념적 평균과 현실경쟁 간의 방법론적 차이를 인식하지 못하고,가치법칙과 산업순환에 대한 균형론적 이해방식에 입각하여 가치 또는 생산가격(균형관계)으로부터 시장가격의 누적적 괴리과정과, 공황을 통한 그 폭력적인 조정이라는 산업순환의 주요 현상을 이론화할 수 없다. 그 때문에 추상적으로 가치론에입각한 이윤율저하설은 산업순환의 구체적 현상의 설명에서 모순적이고 납득할 수없는 논리로 혼란에 빠질 수밖에 없다
Abstract
According to Marx, the law of the tendency of the rate of profit to fall(TRPF)is to be regarded as a law that corresponds to the level of abstraction of ideal average, whereas the presentation of periodical crises belongs to that of real competition. Because of misunderstanding about the methodological difference between the two levels of abstraction, the theory of falling rate of profit failed to distinguish the declining tendency of the general rate of profit and the sudden fall of market rate of profit in crises. It is a fundamental fallacy of the theory of falling rate of profit that periodical crises are explained in terms of the declining tendency of the general rate of profit. It should be methodologically emphasized that, while the general rate of profit presupposes the equilibrium of demand and supply, crises occur as a result of overproduction of commodities, and consequently of a slump in market rate of profit.
