마르크스 현실공황분석의 이론적 함의

초록

이 논문의 목적은 1847~48년, 1857~58년, 1866~68년과 1873~79년 마르크스 현실공황분석을 개괄하고, 마르크스의 현실공황분석에서 주요한 몇가지 개념을 검토, 그것들이 공황이론에서 갖고 있는 이론적 함의를 정리해보고자 한다. 즉 이 논문에서는, 공황은 세계시장공황으로 전개된다는 것, 공황주기가 10년이고 가변적이며 짧아지는 경향을 갖는다는 결론에 이르게 되는 마르크스의 사유과정, 공황이 혁명을 동반한다는 인식에서 공황이 자본주의의 주기적 발전과 모순의 확대재생산 과정이라는 인식으로 정리되는 경과를 검토할 것이다. 아울러 현실공황분석에서 화폐, 신용적 측면과 그 이 론적 발전의 계기들, 공황의 원인에서 과잉생산과 이윤율저하 문제에 대한 마르크스의 인식을 검토할 것이다.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to review and compare Marx’s analysis of actual crises of the years, such as the crisis of 1847~48, 1857~58, 1866~68, and 1873~79. This paper tries to seek the theoretical implication of the Marx’s analysis of the periodic crises. It reviews several points of the crises such as the worldmarket crisis, the cycle of the crisis, the developing forms of the crises, why and how did change Marx’s thought that revolution accompany with crisis, the monetary and credit faces of the crises, and the problem between the overproduction and the fall of the prophet rate as the causes of the crisis.
