Abstract

Data sharing and collaboration are being activated due to the development of online platforms. Data sharing can be said to be a condition that guarantees the utility and scalability of information. In addition, if a large number of users can perform certain tasks through collaboration beyond sharing, more efficiency can be secured, and at the same time, the time to perform tasks can be drastically reduced. In addition, with collective intelligence, various educational contents can be produced by cooperating with each other on a collaboration platform. Through this, not only the excellence of production but also the synergy effect through collaboration can be obtained. Using a collaboration platform can be an important opportunity to overcome the limitations of non-cooperative content. Active participation of instructors and learners can be an important basis for securing the efficiency of education. This paper aims to recognize the limitations of sharing and collaboration, which are disadvantages of installing in the form of an app on a PC, and present a strategy to utilize online collaboration tools. When using the up platform, educators can directly create, share, and collaborate web-based content by logging in to the online web. Instantly, educational content can be serviced without a separate upload operation. Specifically, a strategy for using it in Chinese education was presented by classifying it into a document-based collaboration platform (Notion, Nuclino), a timeline-based collaboration platform (Sutori), and a board-based collaboration platform (Milanote, Padlet). The use of a collaborative platform absolutely saves time and increases the efficiency of delivering and sharing information or data. If the collaboration platform is combined with Chinese language and literature education and used creatively, the participation and efficiency of education will increase.
