Abstract

The purpose of this study is to search for the strategies of building and operating the social network for instruction-learning service in the elementary and secondary school. To achieve the above purpose, the study has focused on the followings: reviewing the literatures and the foreign countries' cases related to the social network and instruction-learning service, analyzing the realities and needs to instruction-learning service network in the elementary and secondary school, and providing with strategies of building and operating the network based on the previous results. The result of this study is summarized as follows:First, we defined the network in the viewpoint of sociology and searched the network's structure and action separately. In addition to social network theory, we searched the relation between learning achievement and instruction-learning service and analyzed the network cases for instruction-learning service in Japan, France, and the United States. Second, by investigating the realities and needs to instruction-learning service network through survey with around 400 subjects, we got basic data for building and operating instruction-learning service network Third, based on the above results, we suggested the strategies of building and operating the social network for instruction-learning service in the elementary and secondary school.
