액션러닝 기반 간호전문직 수업설계 및 운영에 관한 연구

초록

본 연구는 간호학과 신입생들의 간호전문직관과 의사소통능력을 향상을 위한 액션러닝 기반 간호전문직 수업을 설계하고 운영한 후 그 효과를 실질적인 간호교육현장 맥락에서 평가하고 지속적으로 교육현장을 개선하기 위해 시도된 실행연구이다. 연구결과 액션러닝 기반 간호전문직 수업은 간호대학 신입생의 간호전문직관과 의사소통능력을 향상시키는 효과적인 교수학습전략이며, 액션러닝의 효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 학습팀의 역동성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안이 모색되어야 하고, 학습자들을 격려하고 지원하는 퍼실리테이터의 역할이 중요함을 확인하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the design and implementation of an action learning-based nursing professionalism course conducted in authentic classroom environments. The study also examined the effects of group dynamics and the meaningfulness of the experiences of nursing students. The results showed that the action learning-based course was useful in terms of helping to improve the critical competency and communication of nursing students. In addition, the intervention encouraged students to participate in experiential, collaborative, and reflective learning. The major findings also implied the importance of group dynamics for successfully conducting action learning. Further action research studies are needed for the development of systematic methods to improve group dynamics. Importantly, this study concludes that skilled facilitators should be trained to more effectively manage and coordinate action learning teams for nursing students.
