망중립성에 관한 문헌 연구

초록

본 연구는 망중립성의 주요 이슈에 관한 최근의 학술문헌을 소개한다. 구체적으로 투명성의 보장, 인터넷서비스사업자(ISP)의 콘텐츠 및 애플리케이션 제공업자(CAP)에 대한 착신요금의 부과 금지, ISP의 CAP에 대한 트래픽의 차별금지, 합리적 네트워크 관리, 그리고 무선 서비스에서의 망중립성 규제 등의 주제를 다룬다.

Abstract

This paper reviews recent academic literature on major issues of network neutrality. The issues are as follows: warrantee of transparency, ban on the imposition of termination fees on Contents and Application Providers(CAPs) for the access to the subscribers of Internet Service Providers(ISPs), ban on the discrimination of traffic from CAPs by ISPs, reasonable network management, and network neutrality in wireless services.
