청소년 자립준비 사정도구 개발: 청소년자립지원관 입소 대상을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 청소년자립지원관 지원대상 청소년의 입소 적합여부를 판정할 수 있는 자립준비 사정도구를 개발하는데 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구 고찰, 현장전문가 FGI, 내용타당도 검토를 거쳐 9개 영역 30개의 문항을 개발하였으며, 자립준비 청소년 148명 대상 면접조사를 실시하였다. 이때 평정자 간 일치도를 확인하고자 2명의 서로 다른 평정자가 1명의 청소년에 대해 자립준비 수준을 평정하였다. 분석결과, 현장전문가의 내용타당도 검증에서 모든 평가문항들이 타당한 수준이었고(CVI>.60), 평정자간 평정일치도는 ICC=.890으로 2명의 평정이 89% 일치했으며, 내적일치도(Cronbach’s α)는 .904로 높았다. 본 연구에서 개발한 자립준비 사정도구는 입소판정 수단 외에도 후기청소년 자립지원정책 수립에 유용한 분석자료를 제공할 것이며, 표준화된 자립지원 모형 개발 및 맞춤형 개입에 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop an instrument to assess adolescents’ readiness for independent living that could be used to determine eligibility for youth services at independent living centers. For this, we developed 30 items in 9 areas based on an extensive literature review, focus group interviews with field experts, content validity test, and interviews with 148 adolescents preparing for self-reliance that was evaluated by two different raters. Results showed that based on inter-rater agreement among field experts, all items were at a reasonable level (CVI>.60) verifying content validity. Also, the items showed high internal consistency (Cronbach’s α) of .904 and high inter-rater reliability of .89. The instrument developed in this study is expected not only to serve as an important tool to measure adolescents’ readiness for independent living and determine their eligibility for services at indepdent living centers, but also to provide meaningful data for establishing and implementing policies to support late adolescents’ independent living. The instrument could alsobe used to develop standardized service models for independent living and interventions tailored to needs of target adolscents.
