청소년 자립준비도 척도 개발 및 타당화연구

초록

본 연구의 목적은 기존 자립준비 관련 척도들의 문제점을 보완하여, 현실에 맞게 청소년 자립준비도 척도를 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 자립준비 관련 문헌조사와 현장전문가 초점집단면접(FGI), 청소년 심층면접, 전문가의 내용타당도 평가를 거쳐 91개 예비문항을 개발하였다. 이어서 청소년 자립지원 관련시설의 청소년 428명(남 182명, 여 246명)을 대상으로 수집된 응답자료에 대해 문항분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 자립준비 요인을 추출하고, 모형적합도를 향상시켰다. 아울러 개념신뢰성과 평균분산 추출값을 확인하고, 하위요인들 간의 변별타당성을 확인하였으며, 공인타당도를 검증하여 최종적으로 11개 요인(자립의지, 주거관리, 일상생활기술, 음식관리, 직장적응, 경제관리, 사회기술, 자원활용, 건강관리, 성보호) 43문항으로 구성된 자립준비도 척도를 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 기존척도보다 문항수를 줄여 자립준비도 조사에 대한 심리적 부담을 줄여주고, 자립준비 영역을 세분화함으로써 구체적인 자립준비 방향을 제시하는데 유용할 것이다. 또한 여러 정부 부처들의 서비스에 대한 자립준비도의 변화를 객관적으로 제시함으로써 서비스 불균형을 개선하는데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop the youth self-reliance readiness scale which suits in real circumstances by supplementing the problems of the existing scales. To achieve this purpose, 91 preliminary items were developed through the literature review about self-reliance preparation studies, a focused group interview(FGI) with field experts, an in-depth interview with youth, and an expert content validity evaluation. Next, question analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were performed on the response data collected from 428 adolescents (182 males, 246 females) in facilities related to youth independence support to extract factors for self-reliance preparation. Through these processes, the model fit was improved. In addition, conceptual reliability and mean variance extraction values were assessed, discriminatory validity among sub-factors was verified, and official validity was verified to determine 11 factors (willingness to self-reliance, housing management, daily living skills, food management, work adaptation, economy Management, social skills, resource utilization, health management, sexual protection), the final youth self-reliance readiness scale consisting of 43 items was developed. Through this study, it will be useful to reduce the psychological burden of practicing the self-reliance readiness survey by reducing the number of items compared to the existing scale, and to suggest specific directions for self-reliance preparation by subdividing the self-reliance preparation area. In addition, it is expected to contribute to improving service quality that government departments provide by helping them effectively measure and present changes in adolescents’ self-reliance readiness in related services.
