웹 토론에 기초한 수업사례 활용이 유아교사의 사고에 미치는 영향

초록

본 연구는 웹 토론에 기초한 수업사례 활용이 유아교사의 사고에 미치는 영향을 밝힘으로서 유아교사교육에서 수업사례 활용과 웹 기반 토론 활용의 가능성을 제시하고자 하였다. 10명의 유아교사들은 5주 동안 웹 토론방에서 수업사례 쓰기와 수업사례 토론에 참여하였다. 매주 두 명의 교사가 현재와 과거의 교수경험을 통해 가장 관심 있는 주제에 대해 수업사례를 한 개씩 썼고, 나머지 교사들은 쓰여진 수업사례 두 개에 대해 토론을 하였다. 웹 토론에 기초한 수업사례 활용의 효과를 밝히기 위하여, 본 연구에 참여한 유아교사들이 웹 토론에 기초한 수업사례 활용에서 토론한 내용과 웹 토론에 기초한 수업사례 활용에 대해 평가한 자료들이 연구자에 의해 구성된 범주에 따라 분석되었다. 연구결과 유아교사들은 반성적 사고능력이 증가하고, 문제 해결 능력이 향상되고, 공동의 의미를 창출하고, 그리고 지식의 변환을 이루었다.

Abstract

This study was aimed at examining the effects of the web-based case study application on early childhood teacher`s thinking. The ten early childhood teachers presented their case studies and discussed them in Internet cafe for 5 weeks. The cases and replies were analyzed according to the categories set by the researchers. The result showed that the case study application had helped the teachers develop the reflective thinking ability, improve the problem-solving ability, create their own meaning, and transform their knowledge.
