장애유아 문제행동관련 수업사례활동이 예비유아특수교사의 교수효능감, 문제해결능력 그리고 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향

초록

이 연구는 장애유아 문제행동 관련 수업사례활동이 예비유아특수교사의 교수효능감과 문제해결능력 그리고 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 N대학교 유아특수교육과 2학기 교과목으로 개설된 ‘장애유아 행동관리 및 행동수정’ 강좌를 수강하는 2, 3학년 학생 27명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 예비유아특수교사의 교수효능감과 문제해결능력, 의사소통능력에 대한 효과를 분석하기 위해 교수효능감과 문제해결력, 의사소통능력 검사를 학기 초와 학기 말에 실시하여 그 변화를 양적으로 분석하였고, 장애유아 문제행동 관련 수업사례활동에 참여한 학생들의 반성적 저널쓰기를 통해 수업사례활동의 효과를 질적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 수업사례활동 후 예비유아특수교사의 교수효능감과 문제해결능력, 의사소통 능력에서 유의미한 향상을 보였고, 저널을 통해서도 수업사례활동 전보다 후에 긍정적인 질적 변화가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 예비유아특수교사들이 다양한 문제행동의 사례를 통해 현장에서 장애유아가 보이는 문제행동을 알고 문제를 해결하는데 도움을 줄 수 있음을 시사하고 있으며, 예비유아특수교사 교육에서 수업사례활동의 필요성을 보여주고 있다.

Abstract

This purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of case method on pre-service early childhood special education teacher’s teacher efficacy, problem solving ability and communication ability. The participants of the study were comprised of 27 students who have taken the problem behavior courses administered during the 2st semester of 2015. Teacher efficacy, problem solving ability and communication ability were analyzed quantitatively before and after case method. The Journal of students were analyzed qualitatively in terms of teacher efficacy, problem solving ability and communication ability. As a result of the research, after they han taken the case method, student’s teacher efficacy, problem solving ability and communication ability increased meaningfully. Teacher efficacy, problem solving ability and communication ability were positive changed during case method. Like this result the pre-service early childhood teachers will be helpful in inclusion class. Further, it could be applied to fundamental data to even judge the suitability from the process which prepares the case method program.
