포스트 코로나 시대 대학생의 가치관, 자아효능감이 실제 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

초록

본 연구의 목적은 포스트 코로나 시대에 처한 대학생들의 가치관과 자아효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향력을 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 현재 전국의 취업준비중인 대학생 244명을 대상으로 2022년 9월 ~ 12월 기간동안 설문조사를 실시하여 그 영향력을 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0과 AMOS 23.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 경로분석을 실시하였고, 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 가치관의 하부요인인 자아성취지향, 실용지향, 감성지향과 자기효능감 변인이 진로준비행동을 정적으로 유의미하게 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로는 자아성취지향, 실용지향, 감성지향, 자기효능감이 높을수록 진로준비행동이 높아지고, 자기효능감, 실용지향, 감성지향, 자아성취지향 순으로 영향력이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 코로나팬더믹이 장기화됨에 따라 사회 전 분야에서 많은 변화가 발생하였고, 포스트 코로나 시대를 준비하기 위한 다양한 움직임이 나타나고 있다. 본 연구가 혼란스러운 포스트 코로나 시대에 안정적인 진로준비를 대학생들이 수행할 수 있도록 진로교육에 실질적 방안을 제공하는 기초자료가 되길 기대한다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to verify the influence of college students' values and self-efficacy on career preparation behavior in the post-COVID-19 era. To this end, a survey was conducted from September to December 2022 targeting 244 university students currently preparing for employment across the country, and the influence was analyzed. For the collected data, path analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 23.0 statistical programs, and the results of the empirical analysis are as follows. It was found that self-achievement orientation, practical orientation, emotional orientation, and self-efficacy variables, which are sub-factors of values, explained career preparation behavior in a statically meaningful way. Specifically, it was confirmed that the higher the self-fulfillment orientation, practical orientation, emotional orientation, and self-efficacy, the higher the career preparation behavior, and the higher the influence in the order of self-efficacy, practical orientation, emotional orientation, and self-fulfillment orientation. As the COVID-19 crisis prolongs, many changes are taking place in various parts of society, and various movements are emerging to prepare for the post-COVID-19 era. We hope this study will serve as basic data to provide practical plans for career education so that college students can prepare for stable careers in the post-COVID-19 era which is chaotic and uncertain.
