연구 목적: 이 연구는 MZ세대의 가치관이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에 있어서 대학생활적응의 조절효과를 분석해보고자 한다. 연구 방법: 진로를 준비하고 계획중인 MZ세대 244명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집한 자료는 SPSS 26.0과 Amos 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 경로분석을 사용하였다. 연구 내용: 가치관 하부요소 중 자아성취지향, 실용지향, 감성지향, 사회관계지향, 타인의식지향은 진로준비행동과 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대학생활적응은 가치관과 진로준비행동 간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 및 제언: MZ세대는 소비의 주류가 되고 기업문화 또한 MZ세대에 이들에 맞추어 변화되고 있다. MZ세대의 가치관을 이해하고 그들의 진로준비에 활용할 수 있는 기초자료가 되길 기대한다.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the moderating effect of college life adjustment on the influence of MZ generation’s values on career preparation behavior. To this end, a survey was conducted on 244 MZ generations who were preparing and planning career paths, and path analysis was used for the collected data using SPSS 26.0 and Amos 23.0 programs. The research results are as follows. Among the sub-factors of values, self-fulfillment orientation, practical orientation, emotional orientation, social relationship orientation, and orientation to the consciousness of others were found to have a positive (+) correlation with career preparation behavior. Adaptation to college life was found to moderate the relationship between values and career preparation behavior. The MZ generation becomes the mainstream of consumption, and corporate culture is also changing to suit them. We hope that it will be a basic data that can be used to understand the values of the MZ generation and to prepare for their career.
