이 연구의 목적은 초등학교에서 다루는 장르 지식의 배열과 배분 양상을 확인하고 활용 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 이 연구에서는 장르 지식을 수사적 상황 지식, 내용 지식, 구조 지식, 수사적 지식으로 구분하였다. 양상 분석은 생활문 장르의 내용 지식을 중심으로 하였다. 이 연구에서 제안한 장르 지식의 활용 방향은 첫째, 내용 지식의 연계 가능성을 확대해야 한다. 둘째, 내용 지식으로 글을 쓸 수 있도록 가르쳐야 한다. 셋째, 학생의 언어 발달 수준을 고려해야 한다. 등의 세 가지이다. 이 연구에서는 장르 지식 중 내용 지식만을 다루었다는 한계가 있다. 앞으로 장르 지식의 활용 방안에 대한 다양한 아이디어가 도출되고 논의되길 기대해 본다.
Abstract
This study aims to identify arrangement and allocation aspects of genre knowledge with which are dealt at an elementary school and suggest directions for its use. The study divided genre knowledge into knowledge about rhetoric situations, content, structure, rhetoric and writing process. The analysis focused on content knowledge in a genre of an essay. In the research, three measures for using genre knowledge are presented, including that firstly potentials for linking content knowledge should be extended, secondly how to use content knowledge should be taught and thirdly a level of student's linguistic development should be considered. This study has a limitation that it examined only content knowledge from genre knowledge. Hereafter, it is expected that a variety of ideas for using genre knowledge may be derived and investigated.
