청소년의 학대 피해와 부부폭력 목격에 따른 자살생각 차이 분석 -잠재계층분석을 활용하여-

초록

본 연구의 목적은 청소년이 경험하는 가정폭력을 유형화하고 그 특성을 파악하는 것이다. 특히 아동학대 가정환경과 부부폭력 가정환경 중 어느 가정환경의 자살생각이 더 심각한지 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 중1부터 고2까지의 청소년 2,080명을 분석 대상으로 삼고, 청소년의 가정폭력 경험을 잠재계층분석을 통해 구분하여 계층 간 특성을 비교하였다. 분석 결과, 청소년이 경험하는 가정폭력 유형은 4개의 집단으로 구분되었는데, 저피해 가정환경(47.6%), 아동학대 가정환경(28.9%), 부부폭력 가정환경(12.3%), 중복피해 가정환경(11.1%)으로 나타났다. 유형별 특성 분석 결과, 자살생각은 중복피해 가정환경 > 부부폭력 가정환경 > 아동학대 가정환경 > 저피해 가정환경 순으로 높게 나타났다. 부부폭력 가정환경과 아동학대 가정환경만 비교 분석하였을 때, 부부폭력 가정환경에 속한 청소년이 아동학대 가정환경에 속한 청소년보다 자살생각이 더 높게 나타나 더 부정적 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 청소년이 처한 가정폭력 환경을 개선하기 위한 개입방안을 제언하고자 한다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to categorize domestic violence experienced by adolescents and identify its characteristics. In particular, it is intended to verify which family environment has more serious suicidal ideation, between child abuse and IPV. The subjects in this study were 2,080 adolescents from the middle school to the high school students. Latent class analysis was used to classify the domestic violence environment of adolescents and characteristics among classes were compared by Chi-square, Anova and Kruskal-Wallis test. The results of this study were as follows: First, the types of domestic violence of adolescents were classified into four groups: non-damage type (47.6%), child abuse damage type (28.9%), intimate partner violence witnessing type (12.3%), and duplicate damage type (11.1%). Second, suicidal ideation was higher in the order of duplicate damage type > intimate partner violence witnessing type > child abuse damage type > non-damage type. Third, when comparing the child abuse damage type and intimate partner violence witnessing type, the witnessing type had higher suicidal ideation than the child abuse type. Based on these results, this study suggested an intervention plan to improve domestic violence environment of adolescents.
