혁신성의 유지가 혁신인증 중소기업의 재무성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

초록

2016년~2020년 혁신인증을 유지한 중소기업을 대상으로 성장성⋅수익성⋅안정성의 관점에서 혁신인증 유형에 따른 재무성과를 비교⋅분석하였다. 이를 통해 혁신성의 유지가 재무성과에 미치는 영향을 반영하였으며, 이에 따른 각 혁신인증별 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 성장성의 관점에서 이노비즈인증 기업과 메인비즈인증 기업은 성장 동력을 유지⋅발굴할 수 있도록 지원할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 수익성의 관점에서 메인비즈인증기업은 사업성의 제고를 통한 수익성 견인 방안이 사후관리 측면에서 강구될 필요가 있다. 셋째, 안정성 관점에서 벤처인증 기업과 메인비즈인증 기업은 부채비율 자체가 우려할만한 수준은 아니지만, 조기에 재무건전성을강화할 수 있는 방안을 사후관리의 측면에서 지원할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 기술혁신형 인증과 경영혁신형 인증은근본적인 산업별 구성에 차이가 있는 만큼, 혁신인증 간 통⋅폐합보다는 혁신인증별 개선방안의 적용 및 재인증 프로세스의 강화를 통해 인증 제도의 효과를 극대화할 필요가 있다는 결론을 도출하였다.

Abstract

The financial performance of each type of innovation certification was compared and analyzed from the perspective of growth potential, profitability, and stability for SMEs that maintained innovation certification in 2016-2020. Through this, the impact of maintaining innovativeness on financial performance was reflected, and policy implications for each innovation certification were derived accordingly. First, from the perspective of growth potential, it is necessary to support inno-biz certified SMEs and main-biz certified SMEs to maintain and discover growth engines. Second, from the perspective of profitability, main-biz certified SMEs need to drive profitability through improvement of business feasibility in terms of follow-up management. Third, from the viewpoint of stability, the debt ratio itself for venture certified SMEs and main-biz certified SMEs is not a level of concern. However, it is necessary to support measures to strengthen financial soundness at an early stage in terms of follow-up management. Fourth, there is a difference in the fundamental composition of the technology innovation-type certification and the management innovation-type certification. Therefore, it was concluded that it is necessary to maximize the effectiveness of the certification system by applying improvement measures for each innovation certification and strengthening the re-certification process rather than integrating and closing between innovation certifications.
