중국어 ‘好’와 일본어 ‘いい’의 반어 표기 연구

본 논문은 중국어 ‘好’와 일본어 ‘いい’의 반어 용법의 대조 분석을 통하여 두 언어에서 ‘좋다’는 의미가 중국어에서는 긍정적 의미를 나타내는 단어과 결합하여 문맥 속에서 반어의 의미가 생성되고, 일본어의 ‘いい’는 부정적인 단어와 결합하여 굳어진 표현인 관용구를 구성하면서 반어적 의미가 생성되는 것을 발견하였다. 문맥 속에서의 반어가 심리적 세계, 사회적 세계, 물질적 세계와의 적응성을 볼 때 모두 부정적이거나, 원하지 않거나, 예상 밖의 직설적인 ‘말’을 반어적인 표현으로 긍정적이거나, 바람직하거나, 기대되는 것으로 표현하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
Abstract
Through a comparative analysis of the ironic marked of Chinese ‘好’ and Japanese ‘いい’, this paper shows that the meaning of ‘good’ in the two languages is combined with a word with a commendatory term in Chinese, thereby creating an ironic meaning in the context. In Japanese, it was discovered that ‘いい’ was combined with derogatory term to form an idiom, creating an ironic meaning. Considering the adaptability of irony in the context to the mind of world, social world, and physical world, it was found that when the literal utterer is negative, undesired, or unexpected, it is expressed in an ironic way as positive, desirable, or expected.
