한국형 산림탄소순환마을 조성 유형화 모델 개발

산림탄소순환마을 조성 유형화 및 모델개발을 위하여 충청남도 산촌마을 11개 시·군 27개 읍·면내 272개법정리를 대상으로 세대 수별 분포 분석과 행정리 수를 분석하여 취락형태를 집촌(集村)과 산촌(散村)으로 구분한 결과, 집촌(集村)형은 서천군, 청양군, 예산군으로 나타났고, 산촌(散村)형은 천안시, 공주시, 보령시, 아산시, 논산시, 금산군, 부여군, 홍성군 등으로 분류되었다. 충청남도의 각 시·군별 임지잔재 바이오매스 량 및 산림관련 업체 수를 분석하였다. 바이오매스 량과 산업관련 업체 수를 점수로 환산하여 I-P분석(Impotance-Performance Analysis)을 실시하여 시·군별 유형을 구분을 하였다. 시·군별 수집이 가능한 바이오매스 량은 보령시, 공주시의 순으로 높았다. 시·군별 임산업체 수는 천안시, 아산시의 순으로 많았다. 한국형 산림탄소순환마을은 순환형 산림경영을 기반으로 수집이 가능한 임지잔재 바이오매스, 산림바이오매스 자원 작물재배, CO2흡수 및 고정, 탄소상쇄(carbon offset) 등 산림바이오매스를 종합적으로 이용하기 위한 다양한 방안이 요구된다.
Abstract
For Creation of forest carbon cycle Community type and development of its model. ChungCheongnam-Do mountain villages, 11 city·gun 27 eup·myon 272 Bubung-ri(legalistic unit of village), were analyzed distribution of number of families in the village and number of Hangjung-ri(administrative unit of village). In the result of analysis in settlement form, it is concluded that a type of concentrated villages were Seocheon-gun,Cheongyang-gun, and Yesan-gun and a type of scattered villages were Cheonan-city, Gongju-city, Asan-city, Nonsancity,Geumsan-gun, Buyeo-gun, and Hongseong-gun etc. The potential amount of biomass and the number of companies related to forest were analyzed in each city and gun in Chung Cheongnam-Do, and the results were analyzed by I-P(Impotance-Performance Analysis) method. In the Potential amount of biomass, It is found that Boryeong-city is in the first place and Gongju-city is in the second place. In the companies related to forest, It is found that Cheonan-city is in the first place and Asan-city is in the second place. The Korea model forest carbon cycle community is demanded circulation style forest management collection being possible in base and the Potential amount of biomass being, synthetically uses a forest biomass resources crops cultivation, CO2 absorption and a fixation and a carbon offset etc. forest biomass the plan which is various for.
