산림탄소순환마을 시범사업 추진마을 조성여건 분석에서, 봉화군 춘양면 서벽리 산촌마을의 산림면적은1,301㏊로 마을전체 가구 수는 159가구(인구수 399명)로 그 중 121가구(참여율 76%)가 사업에 참여한다. 봉화군 춘양면의 임상별 분포는 침엽수림이 63%, 활엽수림이 29%, 혼효림이 8%의 순으로 분포하고, 영급별 분포는 IV영급이31.6%, III영급이 26.8%,V영급이 19.3%의 순으로 분포하였다. 서벽리 산촌마을에서 1년간 생산이 가능한 바이오매스총량은 1,223톤으로 산림부산물(숲가꾸기)이 784톤, 사과전정목이 439톤으로 조사되었다. 서벽리 산촌마을이 우드-칩으로 난방연료로 활용할 경우에 가구당 우드-칩이 연간 6.3톤(42kg/일)이 필요하게 된다. 마을의 총 이산화탄소 배출량은 현재의 440t·CO2에서 384t·CO2을 감축되어 56t·CO2을 배출하게 된다. 따라서 가구당 마을의 이산화탄소 연간 배출량은 현재 3.64t·CO2에서 3.17t·CO2을 감축하여 가구당 0.47t·CO2만 배출하는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
In analysis of operational conditions for pilot project villages of Forest Carbon Cycle Community, the forest area of the mountain villages occupies 1,301㏊ and the total number of householders is 159 in Seobyeok-ri,Chunyang-myeon, Bonghwa-gun. The 121 householders out of the number participate in the project. In distribution of each forest type, there are 63% of coniferous forests, 29% of broad-leaved forests and 8% of mixed forests in Chunyang-myeon, Bonghwa-gun. In distribution of each method of age-class, there are 31.6% of IV age class, 26.8%of III age class and 19.3% of V age class. The total production amount of biomass investigated 1,223ton and 784ton of afforestation and 439ton of apple clipped trees in the mountain villages of Seobyeok-ri. If the mountain villages of Seobyeok-ri use wood-chips as a heating fuel, the wood-chips will be needed 6.3ton(42kg per a day) per a year. The total amount of CO2 emission in the village reduced from 440t·CO2 to 384t·CO2 and now represents the 56t·CO2 amount of the emission. Therefore, the annual amount of CO2 emission per household reduced from 3.64t·CO2 to 3.17t·CO2 and currently CO2 emission per household represents 0.47·CO2.
