본 연구는 산촌의 新고용창출을 위한 산림휴양형 계류낚시를 통해 산촌지역의 소득증대를 극대화 할수 있는 기본구상을 수립하는데 있다. 운문산자연휴양림 방문객을 대상으로 산림계류낚시 시설에 대한 인식조사, 이용의사, 수요분석, 계류어종 선호도 등에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 산림계류낚시에 대한 인식은 부족한 단계이며, 지역주민 연계운영방안에 대해서는 대체적으로 동의하는 것으로 나타났고, 선호하는 어종으로는송어, 쏘가리, 메기, 빠가사리, 산천어 등으로 조사되었다. 산림계류낚시의 수요분석 결과 1인·1일 기준 최대지불의사금액으로는 31,939원을 지불할 수 있을 것으로 나타났고, 수요곡선을 추정하면 잠재적 수요자 총량을133명으로 가정할 경우 총 소비자잉여는 4,631,599원으로 나타났으며, 이 금액은 1인당 34,823원의 편익을 제공하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study is to develop a basic plan for forest residents to maximize their income through the mountain stream fishing facilities for new employment creation. The survey was carried out for Unmunsan Recreational Forest visitors to find out characteristics of awareness, current usage and demand analysis of facilities, mountain stream fishing mooring fish preferences. Awareness of mountain stream fishing is low, a management associated with local residents is agreed in general and species such as rainbow trout, mandarin fish, catfish, korean bullhead, trout are preferred. The result of demand analysis for forest mountain stream fishing shows that it is possible for visitors to pay the 31,939 won at most. Based on the demand curve, in case of 133 people to visit, the total of consumer surplus is 4,631,599 won and this amount is found to provide the benefits of 34,823 won per person.
